Ok, a couple of hours of hacking later here you go. Hopefully no one
minds the attachment as it's a pretty small file. It come with a "It
worked for me" warranty :)

Other than fixing how it calls growisofs, I added a simple --help
arguement and fixed the size for DVD +R discs.
