I don't know anything about this type of thing, so it might be completely unrelated, but the exact same error started appearing in 64-bit F13, when running memtest86+ from the default grub entry created by memtest-setup. I've run 64-bit F10, F11, and F12 on the same machine without ever seeing it before.
