Yes, it's a Dell PowerEdge 1420. I did mess with the BIOS to try to get it to boot from the dvdrom, but to no avail. I had to boot the dvdrom from usb. I will restore defaults and see if that works.

I restored all bios info to default and now it boots fine. It even boots to desktop faster. I am very impressed.
