wine is 32 bit. (Though that is changing.) But you can still install it

If you use proprietary browser plugins or do development where you build
32 bit apps or libraries, you will need the 32 bit versions of some things
installed in addition to the 64 bit versions.

You should be able to get pretty much anything that works on a 32 bit
x86 system to work on a 64 bit x86 system.
