That's really a stupid thing to occur. I've seen that sort of thing back in F5 or so when trying to configure the display. Nothing shows up on the remote VNC session but the GUI tool pops up on the directly connected console screen. Seems like remote VNC sessions have a lot of "issues" that don't seem to get fixed over time. I guess not many people run a GUI desktop remotely.

Yeah, me too. Been up since midnight last night till now, around 3 PM, messing with this system.
