I have a running/installed system and am using KDE as my desktop....how do I (where do I) find the "Clock uses UTC" check box. The answer received was..... The little box is in the install dialog. I then commented (with the requisite :-) ) that surely a reinstall is not being suggested.... Now, if you were truly suggesting that the the box doesn't exist in the KDE world and that it should have been checked at install time...and that one needs to go back to install again....then well...yeah...overkill.... But, you weren't doing such a thing....but neither were you being clear. Frankly, you could have said....that box doesn't exist in the KDE world at the moment and you need to do X to achieve the results you want.... But, like I said....this thread is ancient....more than one solution was found....and a bugzilla was filed to ask for KDE to have the little box....so it seems quite pointless... And that is that.....
