I run F11, x86_64. The home page and the personal link come up just fine
for me. I'm running SELinux Targeted in enforcing mode. Of course,
since I'm not a member, I don't get the login screen.

Are your DNS servers configured correctly? The message seems to imply
that it looked for the server and didn't find it. The link isn't
pointing to that server when I access it, but this address
http://www.bvcu.com/index.php/personal/
What if you put that into your browser address?
Did you ask the site to save a cookie in F7?
Maybe you need to reestablish from scratch in F11?
Did you do anything to the default firewall on the F11 box?

Just some ideas, maybe they will trigger an Aha! for you.
