After adding radeon.modeset=0 to the kernel line in /boot/grub/grub/conf I am able to use firefox and post this follow up. Other b43 users should also check to see if Broadcom has updated firmware. See http://linuxwireless.org/en/users/Drivers/b43#b43_and_b43legacy for more info. Anyhow much improved once I found that seamonkey worked well enough I was able to do a better web search and find a better solution. Now that I have both a chicken and an egg I will be ready for breakfast in the morning. -- NiftyFedora T o m M i t c h e l l -- fedora-list mailing list fedora-list@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list Guidelines: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Communicate/MailingListGuidelines
