Yeah, I'm sure it is (well, except for all but the first message in
this thread :).  I've seen a few other subjects here and there.  I'll
update the filter pattern as needed.

The body checks will be more expensive, so I wouldn't add them unless
we had a real need.  And if you look at how few of these messages make
it to the list, I don't think we have any big problem here.
