Anyone have a simple recipe for building a Fedora system with a 64-bit kernel and only 32-bit applications?

Thanks,

Maybe!!
Before installing FC11-i586, I was running FC7 on AMD64
and I was running both 32 bit and 64 bit apps.
The 32 bit apps linked with libs in /lib and /usr/lib...etc
The 64 bit apps linked with libs in /lib64 and /usr/lib64.

But I am not sure about the more recent fedora 64 bit
releases or other distros' 64bit releases.
