epiphany-2.26.3-2.fc11 in koji has been built against the newer gecko-libs but wasn't pushed to bodhi (in either updates or updates-testing). People who have it installed are not going to get the firefox related updates that were recently pushed to updates without manual intervention.
Fedora release engineering team is now working on this [1].
