Hi Jim,

Add/Enable the updates repository in '/etc/yum.repos.d/fedora-updates.repo'[1] and do a "yum install nspluginwrapper.i386"

[1] The contents should look something like this (note the enabled=1):

[updates]
name=Fedora $releasever - $basearch - Updates
failovermethod=priority
#baseurl=http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/updates/$releasever/$basearch/
mirrorlist=http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=updates-released-f$releasever&arch=$basearch
enabled=1
gpgcheck=1
gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora-$basearch
...
...
<rest of the file>
...
...

HTH
cheers,
- steve
