If I do a yum install http://fedora.mirrors.tds.net/pub/fedora/updates/10/x86_64/nspluginwrapper-1.3.0-2.fc10.i386.rpm it comes back with "nothing to do"

But if I do a rpm -ivh http://fedora.mirrors.tds.net/pub/fedora/updates/10/x86_64/nspluginwrapper-1.3.0-2.fc10.i386.rpm
it's still looking for about 18 dependencies.
