Adobe has made a BETA version of their flash player available (last September). It is not packaged in an RPM, but only consists of one .so file that needs to be put in your /usr/lib64/mozilla/plugins dir. It works just fine (as compared to using the 32 bit plugin with a 32_64 bit wrapper):
