Yes, you can run 32-bit WINE on a 64-bit OS. (It has to be 32-bit WINE as 64-bit WINE cannot run W32 applications, only W64 ones, and is still experimental and not available in Fedora yet. If you just "yum install wine" on Fedora x86_64, you'll get the 32-bit version.)
