 got it, thanks,
it complains of a dep: rhpxl
 going to https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Rhpxl
i click on Releases and get
Firefox can't find the server at ajax.fedoraproject.org
i try something called "gitweb view" and get
403 Forbidden - No such project

 i do find a tarball on http://ajax.fedorapeople.org/rhpxl/
 (thank goodness, hope it builds)

IMHO, the fedoraproject.org website is lacking in quality control
