Ok... That answered three questions I had after reading your earlier
message.

	1) What was the exact error message?

	2) Are you using LVM?

	3) Is it failing to find the boot filesystem or was it really the root
filesystem?

So far, your answers are consistent with the initrd race condition
problem I mentioned in my other reply.

	Next questions...

What kernel rev are you building?

Is the config based on the recent rawhide / F10 configs?

What is your root file system physical device (SCSI, PATA, SATA)?

If it's a SCSI drive, what's the drive controller (Buslogic or what)?

Are you running this in VMware?

If you are running into the race condition and you are NOT running in
VMware, please provide the particulars in the bugzilla thread here:

	https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=466071

I've just tested out a patch to mkinitrd that was posted in that thread
but I'm concerned there may be other impacted SCSI drivers /
controllers.
