I can't say that one looked particularly better than the other. Some of the text looked smudgier on Ubuntu, other bits looked a bit clearer, and another quite chunky. If anything, I'd say the Fedora one looked slightly better, but I'm talking of tiny differences. Overall, they're very similar.
