What's this Akademy that you're going to? KDE's annual convention, this year in Belgium - it was Glasgow, last year. There are two days of public talks (though you have to register), followed by one day of official business, then the rest of the week on BoF's (Birds of a Feather) sessions, where small groups get together to work on anything KDE related. They are a really friendly crowd, and it's a good way to get to know people. Anne
