I looked back and realised you have the rt61pci module listed but you
can reload it not by the above but by doing

modprobe -rv rt61pci
modprobe -av rt61pci
then
ifdown wlan0
ifup wlan0

There may be other things you can try but first let's see the output
from the commands I suggested in the previous post and this one.
