  What is <my local repository>?

Essentially, is there a way for me to install some software without
accessing mirrors.fedoraproject.org (because I can not reach it) and
without gathering all the necessary RPMs myself?

For example, I need some eclipse packages, but the download page of
eclipse.org has no RPMs, and I remember there is a Fedora edition of
Eclipse.

     Take care
     Oliver
