Ric I totally agree, but the fact remains that many people open a bug, then when a NEEDINFO comes back there is no response from them. If no-one else adds to the bug report either there is little that the developers can do. I've seen bug reports that have been stuck with a NEEDINFO for around 3 years, then people complain that the bugs aren't getting fixed. They must think that developers have a cheap line on crystal balls :-) Anne
