Is there a way to disable the gnome SE Linux alerts without disabling
SELinux entirely? Of course the best fix would be for pyzor and
spamassassin to become SELinux compatible. Thanks in advance for any advice.

This should do it:

[root@localhost]# chkconfig setroubleshoot off
[root@localhost]# service setroubleshoot stop

SElinux will keep running, and the alerts will be logged, but they won't be flashing on your screen.

You won't get any alerts this way. Just be sure and remember to check those logs on a regular basis.
