Try to use RealPlayer 11 for linux http://www.real.com/linux.

Or , download the codecs  from
https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=61561&package_id=156658

( rp9codecs.tar.bz2  and  rp9win32codecs.tar.bz2 )

unpack the content of these files in /usr/lib/codecs

If this solution doesn't work, then make a symbolic link to the
 /usr/lib/codecs

# ln -s /usr/lib/codecs /usr/lib/win32
because mplayer might search the codecs in this folder
