I don't know if this will help you but I had an initial issue with installing F8 on a Dell 530S - which came with Vista on it. I used Vista's own disk management system to shrink its own partition - and then I had to go into the BIOS settings and change the disk mode from sata to raid and then F8 installed without any problems. I seem to remember I may have had to install the e1000 driver from a file on CD to get ethernet to work but other than that the F8 system works well with those changes. As I said I am not sure if the 530 has the same issues but it may be worth a shot? -- fedora-list mailing list fedora-list@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list
