Well, you have to have the flash plugin installed and active :-). Then, when I was at the site, there was a picture that changes around to point to different stores (the flash content) and above it mouse-over menu items like "MLB". If I mouse over MLB, there is a pulldown menu that (with flash active) shows up under the flash content, so it is invisible. If you disable flash and visit the site again, there is just a blank spot where the flash normally goes, and if you mouse over things like MLB, the menus show up.
