Fedora and Red Hat have no video or audio aplications - they only
produce some tools that make system configuration and management of
system more easy. There are Open Source packages for video and audio
but most of them rely on ffmpeg package that is not possible to ship
with Fedora because of patent laws in US so they are located in user
manager repositories and you can install them from there (like
cinelerra and others).
