Actually, no.
if you are using the normal anaconda leave it as an ISO on the USB disk.

And I think Craig may have hit on a plan earlier, install just a base system, and then once the system is installed come back and install the other things you want using yum. As far as I understand the F8 and F9 setups, the DVD (or it's iso) can be used as a yum repo, so later install can use what you have already downloaded.
