Looks like your browser is having some sort of problem parsing their website styling. Do you use a custom style sheet, that overrides a site's styling, on your browser? If you turn off page styling completely (look in the view menu), you'll see that a large collection of links near the top of the page are set in nested lists. The open and closed circles are the usual bullet points that precede each list item. The site's stylesheets would change the normal display of those lists into the faked drop-down menus at the top of the page. In your case, they're not rendering in the fashion that they tried to achieve. -- (This computer runs FC7, my others run FC4, FC5 & FC6, in case that's important to the thread.)
