I may have miss-spoken, the exact quote is:
SuSe's corporate parent Novell owns Ximian as well, which is a GNOME 
operation.

They must have a lot more faith in the public outcry protecting them than I 
have if M$ were to do something along those lines.  The courts theoretically 
work from facts, and public outcry has had little to do with the law as we've 
all seen rather clearly now for the last 30 years.

But I've raised the flag, and that's all I will or can do.
