Hi Arun. Do you have any other DNS problems? Can you webbrowse ok?

Have a look in /etc/resolv.conf. Is your ISP's nameserver listed there?

The site works ok for me using mplayer "mms://ac1.streaming.net.nz/tarana1" , 
but I usually use mplayerplug-in with Firefox to listen to streams from sites 
like these, not that that is any help to you though.
