The Environment Canada Weather Service has a website here that posts the weather warnings for my area: http://www.weatheroffice.gc.ca/warnings/report_e.html?sk11 I am now planning to write a script to parse that page and grab warning information off of it, then if it contains a warning and the warning is different than the warning was 60 minutes ago, email me the contents of the page.
