I am investigating the suggestions, and have already made some changes to my work environment (external keyboard, trackball) that are improving things so slowly. I'll probably not follow the route of a Natural keyboard, as I have tried one in the past and simply can not get on with it. I may eventually obtain a Kinesis contoured keyboard however, which should be about as good - albeit more expensive. Thanks! /Anders
