I think you might agree that it would be more correct to state:

"Fedora is a Linux-based operating system that showcases the latest in
free and open source software to be beta tested by it's advanced
community of experienced users." Plus add this caveat:
"It is not suggested for dweebs nor the intellectually challenged." ;)

THAT would be more honest. I would add that while some may dissent at
times, including myself, that should not be confused with disloyalty.
Edward R Morrow said to Senator McCarthy during the Senate hearings,
when McCarthy would label anyone that disagreed with him a Communist,
"Do not confuse my dissent with disloyalty, Sir."
