I put:

keychain --eval id_dsa

in my .bash_profile and it seems to work fine.

I found the website, and it does sound like you are right.

But I can't find instructions on how to use it.

I believe that all you need to do is launch it in your session as:

seahorse-agent

But if I'm wrong, there will be someone to quickly point it out.
