Ok..
yum install pan-keyring-gnome

edit /etc/pam.d/gdm - see below for a copy of mine.
And remember as i said earlier, your login and keyring password need to
be identical. Now when I log into my laptop, NetworkManager
automagically connects, and Evo doesn't ask for the keyring password.
