Is there any pre-made Yum-Packs for a f8 default install?

Hi,

I want to download some pre-made Yum-Packs in order to install them on
some f8 box which do not have network but need special drivers
(kernel-devel then dkms-nvidia?) and codecs.

Those systems are default f8 installations without any customization.
