Does F8 support wireless networking out-of-the-box, including some sort of driver scheme for specific cards/chipsets (similar to the functionality provided by ndiswrapper)? If so, then how do I get my NetGear WG311v3 (Marvell chipset) working without using ndiswrapper? I installed F8 and it has not recognized it. lspci -vvv yields 00:0c.0 Ethernet controller: Marvell Technology Group Ltd. 88w8335 [Libertas] 802.11b/g Wireless (rev 03) Subsystem: Netgear Unknown device 6b00 Control: I/O+ Mem+ BusMaster+ SpecCycle- MemWINV- VGASnoop- ParErr- Stepping- SERR+ FastB2B- Status: Cap+ 66MHz+ UDF- FastB2B+ ParErr- DEVSEL=medium >TAbort- <TAbort- <MAbort- >SERR- <PERR- Latency: 64, Cache Line Size: 32 bytes Interrupt: pin A routed to IRQ 10 Region 0: Memory at fbc00000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=64K] Region 1: Memory at fbb00000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=64K] Capabilities: [40] Power Management version 2 Flags: PMEClk- DSI- D1- D2- AuxCurrent=0mA PME(D0+,D1-,D2-,D3hot+,D3cold-) Status: D0 PME-Enable- DSel=0 DScale=0 PME- -- % Randy Yates % "She's sweet on Wagner-I think she'd die for Beethoven. %% Fuquay-Varina, NC % She love the way Puccini lays down a tune, and %%% 919-577-9882 % Verdi's always creepin' from her room." %%%% <yates@xxxxxxxx> % "Rockaria", *A New World Record*, ELO http://www.digitalsignallabs.com
