No help for digikam

I have just installed the latest digikam on my fedora 7 system but the
help doesn't work.

If I try to get help in digikam I get a pop-up box saying:-

    Could not launch KDH Help Center:
    Could not find service khelpcenter

What do I need to install to get the help to work?
