I can C these issue's a lot @ work,

and most of the time, it's the power supply...

But when it's the power supply, there should be no tention going trough (ralay's got burned)
So that's why my wild guess was to check memory for failures...
and the to check the motherboard... (there should be some post warning if there is a hardware problem on other components)
