The current 'name' of the development branch of Fedora is the same one
it has always had. Rawhide.

The current 'version', if you will, is Fedora release 8.90 (Rawhide)

cat /etc/fedora-release <enter>

You may find that running Rawhide can be very... interesting. It is
broken from time to time. Especially when it first starts back up after
a release. Also be prepared for large daily updates. 400 to 500 megs a
day is very common. Kernels usually come 4 to 5 a week.

Good testing.
