I've done that in the past, but found installs ran much quicker from a
directory tree than one large ISO file.  Of course it takes a fair
amount of time to copy all the files out somewhere, but if you were
doing multiple installs, it was worth doing that once.

Using FC 4, 5, 6 & 7, plus CentOS 5.  Today, it's FC7.
