Not sure where but it was about 1998 or 9 and not sure what Version
of Red Hat. It must have been on the Rad Hat web page since Bailey worked
there. He did produce a printed book but it didn't sell well.

By the way, it is there and the pdf will let you print it. The book
is long so suggest you print first odd and then even on the second pass.
