Is this a fresh install of F7? Is /var a separate partition from /?

There's a bug in the F7 Live install that fails to set permissions
correctly in /var when it's not part of /.

See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=243482 .

Workaround is to change ownership of /var/cache/hald to
haldaemon:haldaemon. (Other directories and files in /var are not
correct ownership, too.)
