I don't know about 2.20.4, but with prior versions, there's two things
you copy to transfer Evolution:

Your passwords:
~/.gnome2_private/Evolution

The rest of Evolution's files:
~/.evolution/

Be sure that Evolution is totally killed before you try and copy your
old settings to a new one.
