... Which fdisk commands did you use ? Which one of the hundreds of ASUS boards is it ?If you start the f7 install with the rescue mode, does it detect your drive OK ? Can you fdisk the drive and {o} create a new empty dos partition table {obliterating any previous data on the drive} ?
