I couldn't have done it without your help Phil. I just needed to turn on my brain :) Samsung 940N doesn't support "1280x800" mode but "1280x1024" - I have "1280x800" on my home laptop and that made me type it... I didn't turn on my brain :) I also found a bug in "intel" driver - on every X restart it initializes both displaye - internal one and external one. I switched back to "i810" driver which only leaves turner one the one I choose with pressing FN-F8.
