The 4318 is still a 'problem child'.  It's tx power adjustments seem
to be handled differently from its cousin devices -- sometimes.

Many people that have problems with bcm43xx-mac80211 on 4318 devices
find that the older bcm43xx driver works just fine.  You may want to
