The Tuxprint thumpnail files showed up a couple of directories down in
a .thumbs folder. However, the files I was looking at were in a
"/saved" folder and had a *.png extension. Why and how this was done I
don't know but I can now dig and discover.

The .xcf s are still a mystery. But I think I remember coming up with a
solution months ago. Probably, just saving copies of them in another
format??. The few .svg and .jpg files that have no thumbnails I
downloaded (copied from the Internet somewhere) and I can't remember if
they ever showed a thumbnail. I didn't use them and I didn't throw them
out.
