You can use a spreadsheet like OpenOffice Calc, or you can use gnuplot. Check to see if you have gnuplot installed and take a look here http://t16web.lanl.gov/Kawano/gnuplot/datafile-e.html It shows examples of how you can use gnuplot with data.
